TheGunBlog.ca — The man behind last weekend’s mass attacks in Nova Scotia didn’t have a Firearms Acquisition Certificate, the RCMP said today in addressing whether he had a gun licence.

Canadian gun owners breathed easier on the assumption the police meant a firearm Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL), which replaced the FAC in the late 1990s.
